hi it’s Cory from country family okay soI learn how to make this batting teamit’s really easy it’s just a couplepieces of pipe this is rubber table legcover a plumbing fitting they use toconnect to garbage disposalthen it’s just screwed into a floorflange that you bolt to a piece of woodso it’s pretty easy so stick around andI’ll show you how I do ithere’s all the parts and pieces you’regoing to need so I have a 2 by 12 hereyou’re going to need some 1 inch conduit.
and a quarter inches long it’s threadedon one end to screw into this floorflange so you need one of those and thisis 1/2 inch conduit or you could use 1/2inch black pipe it’s 24 and a halfinches long garbage disposal connectorthis is a pool hose cuff and these arethe rubber leg tips so you’re going toneed those and then some lag boltsthe first thing you want to do is screwyour floor flange on to your one inchpipe that gets attached to the center ofyour board give them some lag screws so.
bit to get them started take one ofthese rubber leg tips and just push itover your one inch pipe foot then makesure it’s down all the way now whatwe’re going to want to do is drill ahole through the rubber to accept thispipe this is half inch conduit rigidconduit and it’s 7/8 of an inch outsidediameter so I’m going to use a 3/4 inchspade bit to drill a hole through hereand that’ll make sure we got a nicetight fit on this[Music].
your piece of half-inch pipe and push itthrough that hole it’s going to be atight fit that’s the way we want it andthat’s how you get your adjustabilitylet’s try that up or down okay so ournext step we’re going to take this thisis for a garbage disposal okay so youjust tighten your hose clamp up them onthis piece I’m going to slip that overand then tighten that and that’s allthere is to it that’s it that’s all doneso we’ll we’ll take it outside and testit out we broke it roofers you broke it.
here we determined that this piecereally isn’t necessary so it’s just thegarbage disposal adapter and I put theskinny end around the half-inch rigidpipe so it’s only on about maybe 3/4 toan inch or so and then up here you gotall this is flexible and the ball sitson there pretty well that’s the betterway to go thanks for watching and if youlike this video please hit the thumbs upshare it with your friends and hit thesubscribe button if you haven’t done soalready thanks a lot
